      I have never experienced such unprofessionalism with an insurance company before. If I could select 0 stars I would. We had a mutual client that was doing a refinance and in order to close on his home loan, we needed a copy of the list of coverage along with the insurance policy for the home we are refinancing for our client. We close 600+ loans PER MONTH and have never had such a bad experience with an insurance company before. ****** ********* kept cutting me off while speaking after giving her the time to explain whatever she needed to explain. I tried to respectfully have a professional conversation and she kept cutting me off and then hung up on me without allowing me to speak. I am not in the business of reaching out to insurance companies for fun. If I am reaching out multiple times, it is because what you sent over did not suffice to close the loan FOR OUR MUTUAL CLIENT. This is YOUR client as well. YOU are preventing them from closing on their home loan. That is not only unprofessional, but flat out careless and rude. I hope you receive the proper training you need ******* because you clearly need some re-training when it comes to servicing your clients. If you need any pointers, feel free to reach out to me so I can teach you how to be professional at your place of business. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

      Rita, Its hard to see where you have time to leave a review like this with all the loans you are closing, but I was made aware of your 4-5 phone calls per day to our office over several weeks while it was happening. Our MUTUAL CLIENT has to be made aware of any changes to his policy and we get his approval before making any changes. In this case our mutual client told us he was pitting mortgage companies against each other to get the best interest rate etc. We contacted the client to confirm your companies interest and was told to not bother him again until he reached out to us and confirmed what mortgage company he decided on. The client ultimately decided to use your company and we provided the appropriate paperwork. I have too many positive responses about Angela from our clients to even go down that road. I wish you continued success on all the mortgage closings you have.
