Purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Pinellas Park it has only been two months since I purchase this vehicle the battery has went, okay no biggie common right? However only after 2 weeks of having the car? NO! Also the alternator has went out, the water pump has went out, the wheel bearing hub had to be changed out, these are all on separate visits of course cause why would u diagnose multiple things at once makes no sense right? WRONG! Not only have I had to take my car multiple times the car is still not fixed still making the same noises now the brakes sound like they are horrible after I got the wheel bearing hub changed they gave me the paperwork and didn't even tell me where my car was I had to ask them OK well where's my car? When my battery died I was accused of leaving my car light on all day and all night, and I don't mean accuse like politely asked I mean accuse like he told me that this is what I did like as if he came and sat in front of my house all night and watched me leave my light on!!!! Unprofessional isn't even the word! I am appalled at this! This last visit to them was for the wheel bearing hub and the water pump they gave me a rental that I had to put a $50 deposit down for even though I have two warranties on the car and the rental was molded all on the seats my kids didn't even want to sit there neither did I I had to put a T-shirt down on the seat and smelly, axles and brakes were messed up on the rental!!! I just really don't understand why I have to keep missing work and paying for rental fees for it to not even be fixed! Not to mention the fact that the person who had the car before me has brought this car in multiple times and no resolution per my Toyota app. I am stuck now!Business response

They still have yet to contact me and probably will not. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/01/04) */ Spoke with customer in order to fully understand concern. Frustration began shortly after purchase when battery failed and customer lives closer to Orlando and brought car to AutoNation Toyota Winter Park to replace battery. Customer later had another issue statrting and the underlining issue was with a failed alternator. Alternator was replaced under x-warranty. several weeks later another issue with noise while driving. After multiple trips to several Toyota dealership and have multiple concerns addressed, the customers vehicle is finally repaired for all concerns. I apologized to customer for all the frustration she is having after recent purchase. I provided customer with two complimentary full synthetic oil changes and two complimentary tire rotations. I also provided my personal cell number as the service manager of AN Toyota Winter Park in case further assistance in the future is needed. I also provided a free full tank of gas and a nice service cleaning at next service visit. customer was very nice accepted my offer for customer satisfaction. Kind Regards, Stewart B. Went into special order my own 2022 Rav4 XLE Hybrid on Friday 12/3/21 and talked to that floor sales manager concerning two warrants that the salesperson told me that was on all vehicles. The papers had a "**" which read it was optional, but the manager told me it was not. The warrantees covered paint/dent protection and inside fabric protection. He told me the paperwork is wrong and that any car I order would come with this warranty regardless of whether I preordered it or not. I left upset with their sales tactics. Toyota SouthEast Distribution center is also adding on manufacture whole car warrantees to ALL car delivered to dealerships that are NOT preordered.Business response
