      Do not buy here. The service department does not honor the warranty you purchase. This place is a total con job.

      Crown Honda messed up my oil filter during an oil change and the oil drained from my car in less than a month. They refused to take responsibility and ignored me when I asked for $50 reimbursement on a new oil change after spending >$1000 on their services. They are a crooked company and untrustworthy. ***** and ********** were especially incompetent in trying to resolve my issue.

      Thank you for your review, and I apologize for the issues you had after your oil change at our dealership. I have contacted the Annapolis dealership to find out what the problem was. A pin-sized hole in your oil filter caused the oil to drain out. This was a flaw with the filter, and we would not have known. I have left a message with the service manager that all Honda parts are covered under warranty. Your current dealer will need to submit the warranty claims per Honda directive.       ***** bookkeeping left me totally aggravated and pissed! So I get this letter in the mail saying that I was due a refund $291 from a refund over a vehicle that I bought 2 years ago (2021) and they need to clear out and clean up the books. So they said to sign here and check this box and a refund would be sent within **** bus days. Well 5 days later I checked on it they said it was postmarked and mailed I should be receiving it soon if not after 10 days call back. After 15 business days still no check. When I called again they saw my number come up on caller ID and never answered my call. After a few more attempt over the next couple days more diversion tactics like picking up phone and immediately hanging back up so I figured it out after I signed this release form I wasnt gonna get this lost check already 2 years old. After I switched phones and called again they finally answered and I told them Im going to call the local TV station about this and *** and IC3 suspecting they suckered me into a scam. Immediately they pleaded with me to come pick up this lost check but now they were in a different place no longer in the Honda building now in the Buick building on other side of town. When I arrived there nobody greeted me at the window just laying on table was about 7 other payment checks to their suppliers. Some employee went behind closed window in back and brought me out a check. How disgusting was this way to return lost refund to a former customer. Not even ever seeing the original elusive bookkeeper and extremely poor follow up and feedback. They probably thought I would have forgotten about it or maybe a scam to somehow keep it. IDK but I dont trust anybody anymore after being previously scammed by other schemes. Anyhow when I opened the letter the check was now only $117. Thats 1/3 of original quote and reason was now because there was an error in bookkeeping. This was now a refund from tagging expenses( title and tagging fees). I dont even know if it is?

      Thank you for sharing your experience and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Mr. N you were originally due a tag refund in the amount of $117 in 2021 after the purchase of your new Honda.  It was refunded at the time and sent to the address on record.  It was never cashed.  We later informed you the refund was still due and incorrectly quoted the refund at $291, since the refund was originally and correctly $117.  We apologized for the error and communicated as such to you.

      I spoke with a Mr. Lovett on behalf of Jean who is an Internet sales I bought a particular car 2022 Honda Civic hatchback manual sport edition I was told that because I did not either have a trade-in or I was not financing through Honda he was not going to sell me the car I was paying cash he then proceeded to tell me how his dealership is not selling as many cars as they used to I’m sorry that’s not my problem I was then told that “they will only finance because they are trying to get every penny they can to make up for the loss”. To me and others that I have consulted with all agree this is discrimination against someone who’s paying cash as well as false advertising on your website you give three options to pay you can either lease the automobile finance the automobile or pay cash for the automobile I will be taking this up with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Honda corporation
