I placed an order on this website on Feb 9th but the package was delivered on Feb. 16th. I received a tracking from them on Feb. 12th. I canceled the order on Feb. 13th since it won't be arrived before my trip. Their website stated that the package would be arrived within 1-5 business days. However, the package did not arrive on time. I canceled the order after they sent me the tracking. They emailed me back I needed to pay the return shipping & 15% restocking fee. But this is not my fault. They did not deliver the package on time. They claimed they need ***** business hours to process the order which is not stated on their website. And they replied my email unprofessional and rude. Below is how they replied after I told them I would report them to BBB: "Thank you for just agreeing that you were at fault, and that we honored our obligation to send you the products in a timely manner as stated on our website. We are not a fraud, the products were sent to you as stated on our website and you also acknowledge the order was sent to you. You unfortunately did not take into consideration that there is a processing time, and that products do take time being shipped from several states away. You also are wrong regarding the shipping time, you did not include the processing time which is ***** business hours and weekends are not included in the processing time as those are not business days. Your processing time started on Friday afternoon and ended on Tuesday. We actually had your order processed ahead of the maximum 72 business hours, and your order left our facility on Monday. Any report of our business is in bad faith by you, because we met our obligation to you. Our shipping policy states clearly the processing time, shipping times, and all of our return policy rules. Any report by you will be handled professionally by our store, and all emails will be used as your acknowledgement of the policies we have in place as a professional business.
