            PSCU is the fraud protection company for my credit union, Together Credit Union in *********, **. On 8-22-24, they shut down my credit and debit cards for a suspected counterfeit transaction at Orchid Massage in *******, **. My friend had to pay for my transaction, and her Mastercard flagged no issues with the transaction or any suspicion of counterfeit. It went through just fine. PSCU never texted or called me before freezing the cards, which they are supposed to do. They consistently shut down cards for invalid reasons because theyre compensated for doing it - no matter the effects on the credit card holder. They need to be reported for their business practices.

            I hate this bank. I literally have mental trauma from what they did to me and the psychological games they played with my head. Took ***** of my money that I needed and never gave it back then Pretended they didnt see it on their end. Lied over and over. Made me call in countless times to verify every transaction and if I made it and used psychological techniques to try and make me look crazy. They are horrible and why should I pay my bill after all the abuse I took? Are you going to pay my medical bills now? Shortly after all that I started getting stalked in person,, so god only knows what kind of shady people they work with. I hope
