              After two Hurricanes and one panel coming off the company was contacted. They responded with an email attempting to charge $300 to basically check the system which otherwise be a normal duty of theirs. I am disappointed by their lack of support since myself and another client of theirs in ************ both had one single panel fly off. We are the only two I our neighborhood with *** recently and all of our neighbors have solar panels that did not come off nor suffered any damages. I find it odd that a service charge was added and that *** is the only company to install solar panels in our area that came off. 18 houses on our street alone have solar and not one sustained damage. Also, you contractually back and pitch they can withstand high winds and a storm with 100 mph winds rips a panel off? This leads me to an installation problem. I will not be bullied to pay a fee to have your system checked after paying nearly 60k for a system which you rated can sustain storm winds higher than this past storm. I will pursue legal means and continue to ensure *** will no longer service our great state of Florida if you cannot service or stand behind your product and installation. I have hired a public adjuster and a subject matter expert who will be assessing and preparing evidence if this needs to be escalated for litigation. I am mostly disturbed with the $300 fee to come look at my system and prepare a quote. That is a slap in the face to any consumer who entrust a company to provide a service to a product the specialize in. It is disturbing and price gouging. I have not had to pay with the countless problems the system has had since installation but now after a storm and another misstep by your company and I have to pay additional for service is disheartening. Stand by your product and services or do not do business.
