On 07/02/22 my mother and I entered Rick case Kia sunrise. My mother was purchasing a vehicle. This company stated that *********** had granted her a ****% interest rate. However, if we didnt buy the extended car warranty they could not give us that rate and would have to get it at 4.9% . Unfortunately , due to our lack of knowledge my mother purchased the extended car warranty under false and fraudulent pretenses .Business response

We contacted ************** and came in to the dealer to talked to the General Sales Manager. We offered to cancelled the contract and the extended warranty as well and recontract with the lower rate and she decided to leave everything as it is.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes, my mother and I went to Kia ********************** on 07/06/2022. They took care of the situation and kindly explained the extended warranty again. My mother decided to keep it. We did also address in issue with the vehicles windshield and passenger door handle. We were told it would be taken care of. We are still waiting on an update as to when. We are hoping its soon.Sincerely,

Buyer beware don't buy from here. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was raining the day of the sale. Once the rain stop a few days later the vehicle has paint work all over the vehicle that dosen't match vehicle been in a accident. The rear bumper was not installed correctly. Drivers side window gets stuck. Engine shakes when in drive. Dealership dosen't seem to care at this point. I expect a dealership of this size would not be selling vehicles in this condition. If I would have seen these issues I would have not purchase this vehicle. I don't recommend anyone buying from this dealerships name. This dealership has not tried to fix any of these problems . they are not telling truth. This engine is running very bad. paint look terrible.Business response

I paid my car off early on 9/16/21 and I am entitled to a Gap Insurance refund of $637.50 I have tired to resolve this issue with the Financial department for several months now and no one will return my call and when I go to the location I purchased my car from which is Rick Case Kia **** ********* **** ******* ** ***** they give me the run around. One Guy from the Finance department gave me a sheet for the gap insurance contact and that number on the sheet was not even connected to the gap insurance people. I told him that when I was there and he stated that he will have to email them and that was their only way of getting a response from them. I’m I had to research and keep calling different numbers until I was able to get in contact with the right people. He also stated that they closed my account in October and that a check was sent out. However I never received that check. I looked at the paper he gave me andHe did not even have my address correct. My apt number was left off which explains why I never received it. I left the guy my new address and phone number which is **** ****** ** ** *********** ** ***** and ###-###-#### which they should’ve have from me bring my car there for service, but they fail to update my account. The Gap insurance rep said the check should have went back to Rick Case Kia being that is was undeliverable. I left several voicemails and still to this date no one has called me back. I just want my money that is owed to me. Please help!Business response

The cancellation check ******* was summitted with the correct address including apartment number back in Oct 12, 2021 but customer had moved from such address.
we have contact customer and are placing stop payment on check and reissuing new one with new address.
