The complainant verified the issue was resolved to their satisfaction.

We purchased an air conditioning system from the company in May, 2023. During the course of the first year--that is, while the system was under warranty--we had a continuing problem in that the unit would not draw down to the temperature set on the thermostat. We called the company and had service technicians out several times, and one of this times a section of the unit was replaced (to no avail; the problem continued). The technicians were unable to find the source of the problem, and the last time the company was called (just before the warranty expired), the technician told me there was nothing wrong with the unit. On October 3 of this year, we were out of town but had guests in the house. They complained about the same issue. This time, I called a different company, ******* Service, to inspect the unit. The technician discovered the problem almost immediately: there was a leak on the braze join near the ** which appeared to have been caused at installation in May, 2023. (I have photos of what he discovered.) The technician fixed the problem, which resulted in a cost to us of $670.00. Since And services was unable to locate the problem--which was apparently caused by their own installers--during the warranty period (the the repair would have cost us nothing), we are asking for reimbursement of the $670 we paid to finally have the problem repaired. Incidentally, I would have preferred to have solved this issue directly with the company, but I have been unable (despite several promises) to get a manager to call me since I began contacting them on October 4.

Absolutely stay away! I paid $18k for an HV** system in a 2 bedroom condo. I was desperate, and they agreed to install the unit the next day.Upon install, the tech broke a fire sprinkler and flooded my second floor living area, my garage, and my neighbors house below me. I had to go through complete remediation, and my house was torn up for a month waiting for repairs. The remediation company used was responsive, but it delayed me putting my house on the market.Once the mold and repairs were completed, the ** was not working properly. Within a month of having the ** installed, I had 3 warranty calls in, another ** company diagnose the issue, and 0 response from the local managers to assist with the problems.I had requested some sort of refund for the inconvenience/loss of value to my home, and have been essentially blown off for 2 months. I finally got a hold of the customer service manager, and he told me that they went above and beyond by fixing the damage to my home they created, and that there was no more money to be had in this transaction. On top of the lack of accountability, I made 10 phone calls to 3 different people to simply get a copy of my warranty paperwork and remediation paperwork.This whole experience delayed my move out of state by 2 months, I had to disclose that my home had water intrusion, which cost me a cash buyer for my house. In all, this whole experience has cost me around $40k in hvac costs, home carrying costs, lost wages, loss of home value, and pure ************** has been an absolute h*** doing work with these people. They lack accountability, compassion, sympathy, and they simply only care about the bottom line. This is by far the poorest example of a business I have seen or worked with.
