They just have to get better with communication, but the transport was very smooth, and successful. Picked the car up st the time they said, and had it dropped off at my location which was 8 hours away the next day. Super friendly. It was a few things I didnt like, but I wont get into that, I would just say people think its a scam, but its not, its just how things are communicated that sometimes make you think like wait a minute. lol

Please keep in mind that when getting quotes from ANY car shipping brokerage companies: 1) they will give you a ball park price at first 2) ask for a deposit if you agree 3) put your vehicle shipment up for bid 4) let you know if they got it for the original price or if you have to add extra money This is the general process, from my experience and understanding. Amber W***** was my representative with US Car-Go Freight. She was very attentive, had great communication and went up to bat for me to ensure I got as close to the original price that I agreed on. I must admit, I gave her a slightly hard time due to my ignorance on the logistics of how car shipment work, but she was still very patient and kind in dealing with me. I would recommend asking for her if you decide to go with this company. My car arrived two days after pick-up. There was a slight miscommunication with the shipping company during transit about pricing, but Amber handled it right away for me. There was no damage, the car arrived in the same condition that it left in and the price was what I agreed to. (You don’t have to agree to the first option that she comes back to you with if the price isn’t in your budget or too far from the original quote.) I highly recommend this company and Amber Walker if you are looking to ship your vehicle!

Total SCAM. I kindly told the representative that it was my very first time using any form of vehicle shipping and at first it seemed like he had my best interest at heart. Boy, was I mistaken, I told the guy that I needed a vehicle picked up from a location and I had two days to retrieve the car or it would be re-sold again for no show. Mind you I have already sent a deposit for the vehicle and told the representative that I had TWO DAYS TO PICK UP!!!!!! He promised me that he had a driver ready to move on it the following morning and the vehicle would be picked up and delivered. I sent my deposit for the contract to be written up and a price was given to me. Day one went by, no contact. Day two now I'm in panic, contacted the representative and he told me no driver was available to pick up, but he does have another driver that just became available, but I would have to pay an extra 400.00 to get the car picked up in the time that was listed on first contract. So now I'm frustrated I said OKAY to the extra 400.00 because I wanted my car. Day two comes and goes and still no contact and no car. I contacted driver and got no response about picking up the car. Finally, the car was re sold and I lost my money on that, and I lost my deposit with Us car Go Freight because they never picked up the car and never completed the contract. Called for a refund for no service being provided and still no car no refund no service. PLEASE for your sake don't use this company. SUPER UNPROFESSIONSAL

We sent a driver to pick up the car, but he was unable to complete the pickup. We had another driver ready to assist, but since it was Saturday and our office was closed, we couldnt arrange for him in time. When we contacted you on Monday, we understand that you had to make arrangements with another company, and we're sorry for any miscommunication regarding our processes.
Please rest assured that we take your concerns seriously and have no intention of misleading you with fake contractseverything we do is legitimate. This company is a complete scam. They used the lowest quotation to get the deposit, and they will increase the price before picking up the car on the agreed date. Even though they broke the contract, they will not refund the deposit no matter what u say. This may be something they often do, and it is completely It's a scam. You can only get your deposit back through legal means. Don't trust this company
