I was sold a truck and the first day off the lot, the truck stopped working. I called and text my salesman that I was broke down on the side of the road. He replied that he couldn't talk at the time. 2 hours later after no callback or text. I paid to have the truck towed back to RDK and they refused to svc it. When I walked in the office, the salesman who I had text 3.5 hours earlier was sitting in his office with his feet on his desk. When he saw me, it was as if he saw a ghost. He informed me that the owner of *** told him not to speak with customers after the sale is complete. While speaking with the salesman(****), the owner(Richard) asked what was I doing there. I informed the owner that the truck broke down after a 1/2 day of usage. His response was "AND"! I asked him if that's how he treats his customers. He then told me to leave his property, I asked him can he have his mechanics look at the truck and tell me what's wrong with it, he replied no and asked me to leave his property again. I told him that's not how he should treat a customer who purchased a ********************** 2 days ago. He then told one of his employees to call the police. I walked outside and he told me, "now go talk to your momma". I then realized that not only was this guy practice horrible business habits, he's also a racist. He was obviously trying to provoke me to become violent or physical, where he could press charges and get me arrested, but I didn't take the bait. *** is definitely dealing in business and it starts at the very TOP!!!
