            concerning a pattern of advertising and sales practice issues.

            Specifically, consumer complaints allege issues with the "stock where you shop" advertisement claims, as well as encountering issues with cancelling their accounts. Some consumers alleged being charged after they cancelled services and unlinked their personal information.

            BBB contacted the business in order to obtain their position on the pattern of complaints. To date, no repsonse has been received.

            I have been trying to close my account with ********************** since the end of August. The only way to contact the company is via email. I have sent numerous messages stating my issue with no response. I am unable to reconnect my bank account to withdraw my funds. They have had no issues deducting funds but the app gives me an error when trying to reconnect my bank account. I have received a message from my bank stating it is connected to Plaid but I continue to receive the same error message in the Grifin app. I have screenshots of the error messages and my emails to customer support with no responses.

            This company keeps locking my account because I changed banks and a transfer failed and then they have to contact their custodian to unlock the account. This process takes weeks and you do not get a response from Grifin (interest financial).They unlocked my account once and by the time I was able to go in and make any changes to my account they had locked it again for the same reason.And this second time has not been resolved yet in over 10 days.Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Which makes the user experience absolutely terrible.
