Dear Sir/Madam,I had a French Drain installed by ACS Irrigation located at ******************************************************************************************************* phone # *** 473 *********************************** between 09/15/2022-0927/2022 to direct water off my back patio when it rains at a cost of over $ *******. During the construction of the drain, I noticed back flow and settlement of water at my door which I pointed out. They put an opening where the water settled, which allowed the water to go below the drain hole and stayed there until it evaporates. The back of the property is lower than the front, therefore the French drain needed more downward flow to get the water off the property towards the front. This was not done, so the back flow of water is visible in the drain when it rains. It is more obvious now than when it was built, since we had severe drought during that time and did not have a good shower of rain to really test the drain. This drain has a two-year warranty. I called them 01/08/2024 when we had some rain and the water came on the patio. They came and said that the drain needed cleaning for a cost of $400.00. I told them I will clean the little sand that was below the drain hole and was not affecting the flow of the water that was back flowing. I also snaked the drain and it was not blocked.Now we are having heavy rains and the water almost came up to my doorway to go inside my house. I called them and got an appointment for 07/15/2024 at 9:45am. No one from ACS Irrigation showed up, called or answered the phone when I called them to inquire about my appointment. I left several messages and no one has responded to me up to this time. I called from my work number and when they heard my voice they hung up on me. Therefore, I am seeking your help to resolve this situation.Thanks in advance for your prompt response
