      I no longer wish to work with Ideal Image. I am not able to cancel. Thats ridiculous to offer me credit for a company, I decided not to use. I called and was told I had three days to cancel from my contracted date. I was not told this at all. I will try to dispute with my loan company.

      Warning, the place was so dirty, they had curtains up to hide parts of rooms, and the equipment was so old I thought the suite was under construction. Their "I'm going to use the max dose and freeze the area" wore off in 4 weeks. And the people at the front desk were so casual I started getting worried about whether or not anyone had a certification much less a license. In my opinion this is Terrible, do not go here.

      It’s frustrating when a place you’ve enjoyed starts feeling more impersonal, especially when life circumstances come up and it feels like there’s no flexibility. Sometimes it’s those little things that add up over time and make the difference between a positive and negative experience. When a business you trust falls short in so many areas—staff, management, customer service—it can be incredibly disappointing, especially if you've been a loyal customer. I cannot recommend or leave a positive review for Ideal Image. They’ve completely overshadowed any initial positive impressions I had with their lack of service and support.

      I paid Ideal Image in advance for services that I started but was not able to complete because I moved to an area where there was no Ideal Image location within 90 miles. They made it very difficult for me to get refunded for the credit that was left in my account approximately, $1,100. I sent them a copy of a utility bill with my new address and they would not accept that! They were very eager to get my money up front but not willing to work with me when requesting a partial refund!

      They are way too expensive compared to other spas. Considering this I expected the service to be exceptionalnot so!! I am about half way through my laser treatments and now they keep canceling my appointment 2-3 days before I am supposed to go in. When I had the initial consultation call the *** was so convincing about the seamless process of treatments and I did my research before spending all my hard earned money - but sorry to say Ideal Image is not a trustworthy business!!

      They want you money even if you canceled service, I received the bill statement from Patient FI, I call patient FI and they told me the provider need to closed the account because they will not closed the account for me, Ideal Image told me I have to paid the loan to Patient FO because they will not close the account that they will give me any service I want. I told them how I will reschedule an appointment with them after I see how they are there is no way i will have their service,,, I can't believe they want to keep a money for a service they didn't provide and for am appointments I canceled on time, stay away from this people

      I did a virtual appointment with Basia. She assured me that 16 units would Be enough to have cool Sculpting on my arms and stomach area. I wound up using all 16 units on just my stomach and it still needs additional treatment. By the time my payment schedule is done, I will have paid over 6k for a service that is incomplete. At this point I’m not even worried about my arms, I just want to walk away with my stomach finished. Natasha, my actual provider has been wonderful but I feel I was misled by Basia. I may see if I can stop my monthly payment. She insists there is nothing she can do. She padded her pockets and that’s all she cares about! I’m not even happy with one area, much less believe ing I was going to be treating 2 areas. I would never have spent this amount of money! Wow! What a smooth talker!

      I've never had a problem attending my scheduled appointment with my *********, ** location(Permanently closed). Every time I schedule an appointment with the **********, ** location, the day of my appointment they call and cancel my appointment and try to schedule me with their **********, ** location. I feel like I am being discriminated against. This has happened about 6 times. I would like to cancel my lifetime guarantee and just get my money back. At this point I am over trying to schedule anything with being treated this way.

      My appointment was cancelled by the provider, this was a one time situation where I wanted to get services for the birthday trip I was going on the following day. When my appointment was cancelled an hour before the appointment, I hadnt seen the text and still arrived. The receptionist informed me she could re-schedule it which wasnt possible because of the dates. I asked her to cancel it and if I would receive a refund to which she said yes. That the charge was just a hold on my card.This was 9/20 that this all happened.Still no refund as of today so I called corporate only to learn that after a certain period I am not eligible for a buyers remorse refund, even though this was not a case of buyers remorse, I was cancelled on. They will not issue a refund and I pretty much must receive services or forfeit the money.

      I called customer service to cancel my arrangement with Ideal Image. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with was very unhelpful. She said she would send me a copy of my contract which I have yet to see. I never received a copy for myself or my ********s to refer to. She told me to refer to my email and I would find it. I have gone through my email multiple times and nothing.I signed up my two ********s and myself on September 14, 2024. We were told by ******** ***********, our sales woman, that the way it would feel was like flicking your wrist with your finger. She said that it used to feel like hot rubber bands hitting your skin "back in the day" but they have upgraded the technology, ******** went on to demonstrate the finger thumping on the wrist. She also had us try thumping our wrists with your fingers so we could see what it felt like and that it longer stings like it "used too". Well, according to both of my ********s, both said, it did not feel like anything that ******** showed us or explained. They both said it felt like hot rubber bands popping on their skin. ******** also did not say anything about needing to stay out of the sun during the sales call. The sun was never mentioned in our sales call. When I took my first ******** to her first appointment on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, ******* our Nurse explained to us that it was imperative that we stay out of the sun the entire time during our year and a half long treatment. Otherwise she could not SAFELY guarantee 80% or higher of hair removal. This was the very first time anyone spoke to us about the sun and how having tanned skin could be dangerous. ******* showed us a picture of what happens to someone's skin if they don't stay out of the sun during the duration of their treatment period. She also explained that it takes a year to fully heal from the damage the laser can do to tanned skin.
