      I went to this diner on a Sunday. It was me and one other person. ******** was our server and although not once did she offer to refill our drinks , I left her a tip of $10. Which was a generous amount of taking care of two people. ******** decided to tip herself $12.90. Which is stealing . I spoke to a female manager two weeks ago which she took my card information for a refund that I have not received. I called today and a male manager stated they did everything on their end. This is extremely upsetting and at this time I want my entire refund of $42.90 in cash.

      ********, I want to sincerely apologize for the oversight that occured. The server did not intentionally make this mistake. Unfortunately, she had two checks with identical totals and inadvertently applied the incorrect tip to the wrong check when closing them out. I completely understand your frustration and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that we take this matter seriously, and we deeply value your understanding and patience.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I spoke to the manager on 9/19/24 and she assured me I would get my refund.  I don’t think it’s fair I had to file a formal complaint just to see they processed a refund on 9/29/204, which is still not showing on my account . I asked for a full refund of my meal. I received confirmation of my tip. But I would like my meal refunded of $38.42.

      My wife ordered the turkey plate for delivery and there was a German cockroach in her mash potatoes. As a pest control technician, I was able to identify the insect very easily. This is the most unprofessional thing that can happen to a customer. With that being said, how many other customers have been exposed to German ***** excreting in the food.

      I arrived on May 28th and made an appointment to be seated within 15 minutes. I asked for a specific server, ****** (it was necessary because their service is notoriously bad). I mentioned clearly and specifically that I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT LONGER. But the kid they use as the hostess said You got a different server so you have to wait extra long. I SPECIFICALLY told her I didnt want the server if it meant waiting longer! The worst part was the attitude here Spanish friend gave me about it. As if I was the one who messed up.My family waited 50 minutes to be seated. Why would the ********* I would WANT to wait almost an hour to eat?!This place looks nice but its all a facade.My first experience here was trash and so was my third. Trash hostesses, trash manager, and trash food.What a shame. To see this Im Pineville breaks my heart and kills our community.They should stop telling people they dont have to wait for a specific server. Thats terrible.This place is trash and Im going to tell everyone all my social medias about it. Im going to tell every person who I talk to about food how bad it is.

      It is our goal to provide a great dining experience for each of our guests. We also try to accommodate special requests as best we can. When we receive feedback like that from ******************, we always take it very seriously and aim to speak with the guest to learn more and take appropriate action. Our Managing Partner, *****************************, spoke with ****************** on Monday, May 31, 2023 and addressed his concerns from his visit on May 28th regarding wait times, special requests for team members, and overall attitude of the servers. During this call, ***************** provided her phone number to ******************, asking that he call to let her know the next time he's coming in so she could ensure he has the best experience possible. At the end of the conversation, the guest expressed to ***************** that he was satisfied with their conversation and resolution. We look forward to seeing ****************** in our diner again soon.

      11/13/2022 I ordered online for a food delivery yesterday, order my food, paid my bill, than while waiting for my order to arrive, received a e-mail telling me that my order would not be delivered. I live a mile away from the diner, so distance was not a problem, Called the diner spoke to a manager,to ask for my money back, which was taken out of my bank account, got no respoinse to my request. Today 11/14/2022, still have not received my $30.97 back. Wonder if there was anything that can be done. Thank You *****************

      Hello my name is *****************, on 11/14/2022, I filed a complaint against metro diner, in ********* Sp. **., the vendor contacted me today and refunded my money, which was my complaint. Case number is18400519, Since the problem was resolved
