            I contracted ARAC Roof It Forward to replace the roof soffit and Fascia. The installed shingles on rotted compromised sheathing. The contract states replace rotted and compromised sheathing as needed. I specifically had **** ***** put that in the contract to beat another bid. He was aware most of my roof sheathing was compromised. They installed ABC Synthetic Underlayment instead of ***** Corning Rhino Underlayment per the contract. The did not cut the sheathing back for proper ventilation per OC. One whole side was not cut back and the other side was minimal in some areas. The correct hip an ridge shingles were not installed on the ridge vents per the contract. They didn't cut the shingles back correctly , the are overlapping on a row of vents. I don't believe 2 layers of Synthetic Underlayment was installed. Only 1. The workers were consuming alcoholic beverages and their work is questionable. I have pictures of there beer bottles and case in my trash. I will not have a warranty from ****************** because of improper install. There was No gutter apron installed per the contract. The soffit and fascia was not completed and the install is hideous and embarrassing. There are many cuts to the aluminum placement and very wavy. The bends in aluminum around porch is horrific and aesthetically unappealing to the eye. It's all an eye sore. The riser boot is not installed correctly, per the city. The roofers leg went through my ceiling and it still has not been repaired. There is a wire that is still hanging from my house to the city's pole. They never cleaned up after themselves, nails, pieces of aluminum, wood throughout my yard. They broke the spigot on the rear of my house with the ladder and never told me. I found out because the turned off the main turn off valve to my home to stop the outpouring of water. They do not abide by the contract. They are unprofessional, ghosted me for weeks when I was trying to resolve the issues. I was told if it passed **** it's too bad.

            ARAC Roofing installed an Asphalt Roof, Soffit and ****** on our home. Hiring this company was the worst move we have ever made. They try to win over consumers with their Donating to Children Cancer. My wife has a terminal lung disease, Pulmonary Fibrosis. She also has adult onset asthma. We wanted to remove any sheathing that was compromised or rotten from the roof mainly because it needed replaced, but also because of my wife's illness. And they knew this going in. The contract states "replace ANY rotted or compromised sheathing." Even if it wasn't in the contract why would they not? They installed shingles on rotted and compromised sheathing. The sheathing is SO brittle it just falls apart. They tried to cut the sheathing for the ridge vents and it was so bad it was like jagged cuts. They did not cut back on the other side at all and very minimal on the other side and it was not even cut back per ***** Corning installation. They covered up a row on the ridge vent preventing proper ventilation from the attic, plus the sheathing not cut, my attic has NO ventilation. They did not install the riser boot correctly. They breached the contract by not installing Rhino Synthetic Underlayment per the contract, but installed *** brand. They also did not install ************* OC on the ridge vents. They cut them to fit and they look like a child went crazy. Not aesthetically pleasing to the eye like their brochure states. Their roofers leg went through our ceiling and they never repaired it. The workers drank alcoholic beverages on the job, I found out by watching my cameras and their bottles in my trash. The Soffit and Gas is installation was horrific at best. It's nailed to where there are ripples in the aluminum, the bends are terrible looking. There are areas where they I stalled the fascia wood and its not unlevel. They didn't care if the pieces of wood were not connected correctly. It's all over the place. They also broke the spigot on my house and failed to tell us.
