We are sorry that this customer is so upset but we do not appreciate the derogatory remarks. We didn't lie about the availability of materials. His job was ongoing during the pandemic and materials were hard to come by and permitting was taking forever due to personnel issues at the building dept.
The contract was signed in June 0f ******************************************************************** December 2022
We provided service on his leak concerns and to our knowledge it was fixed. We haven't heard from this customer in quite some time
However, that being said he is no longer under warranty
