      Company is very predatory with gaining tenants. They do not mention on any online site about the extra fees they charge before you get the lease. You can't talk to anyone who knows anything and they cancel work orders out of the blue and tell you nothing. You meet no one to view the house and have to pay to even get into to view to which will either have running water and electricity or doesn't. Mine didn't when I viewed the place and I only rented because I'm on housing and it was the only place that was available to me.

      First, I am so glad I'm not the only one who realizes how predatory and unprofessional, Homeriver group is. It's really sad for these owners who pay them to manage their property, be aware the make more money off you if your property is vacant and they will do everything possible to destroy your tenants trust, and basically force them to look elsewhere. I've been in my apartment for seven years . I just told the owner, I'm not renewing my lease with him unless he drops this company.

      They add fees and unexplained fees to the rent, and then never answer their phone, texts, or emails. Calls to corporate go to a call center. The first property manager quit and the second property manager didn't know we existed until 3 months after the lease ended, and only because I reached out about a lease renewal. We never received the furnace filters from the expensive benefits package that no one will cancel for us because we have no use for any of it, and they will not respond to any inquiries about that.

      They are con-artists. They wont do repairs unless its to protect their property value. They dont care if they refuse repairs that make it hard to live in the home. If you ask for a repair and they get annoyed, they give flippant answers and blow you off. If you leave a negative view, they will retaliate. They blatantly violate state laws but think they are big enough to get away with it. You can pay every month on time, but if they think they can get more money, they will become hostile and antagonistic. Property managers never call you back. The only time I have ever heard from mine was when she wanted to have an appraiser tour the house. They only care about their own interests.

      THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN CLEVELAND. I've been with a few that sucked, but this one blows them out of the water. I am the owner of a couple of properties and I feel like giving the tenants my number to contact me if there are any issues. I am totally the tenants' advocate when the PM suck on every level. First off the communication is awful, almost nonexistent unless I text them, call them, email them. They go on vacation and forget about you and that your vacant unit needs to be rented. There is Lorri, the on-boarding person who assigns you to a property manager, Brooke, in my case, who I am not really sure does what. Then there is a leasing agent, who apparently they contract out. And she is the one who posts my place and vets the candidates and ultimately finds the renter. Hence I really don't know what PM does, except pass my info to the leasing agent. I sadly signed up with this shitty company on October 1st and for 3 weeks I didn't even hear from the leasing agent, because Brooke went on vacation. I haven't heard from anyone. She told me everything was taken care of while she was gone. But nothing was done. Second, when you do get to talk to them, they tell you what they do and will do and how soon they will get everything done and then nothing happens. And then they come up with all kinds of excuses. When I first talked to Lorri and Brooke they told me it takes 3-6 weeks to find a tenant. I understand. Even if it takes 8-10 weeks. But doing nothing is what pisses me off. I am also still waiting for the explanation of money disbursement and a statement. This company is so disorganized, hence they hide and don't communicate. I have only been with them for 4 weeks and the communication has been a struggle since day 1. I am mortified what's in store for me til my contract with them is over, if I stay. And then I run for the hills. If I could give them negative stars I would.

      I am writing to share some concerns regarding the behavior and property conditions associated with a tenant across the street from my residence. While I am not a tenant of your property, I live nearby and have noticed ongoing issues that may impact the surrounding area. One of the tenants at **** ****** **** ********* * seems to allow her children, who appear to be around 7 and 10 years old, to roam unsupervised, sometimes engaging in activities that affect nearby properties, such as throwing rocks and playing on parked cars. Additionally, there is a strong smell of cigarettes and/or marijuana that emanates from her open windows in the alley, which might be of concern. The condition of the apartment itself seems to have deteriorated, as the blinds appear destroyed and have been replaced by sheets hanging in the windows. Over the past few months, there has been frequent police presence, often responding to loud disturbances from the apartment involving shouting and what sounds like stomping, which can be heard even with windows closed. The back parking area is often left in disarray, which detracts from the overall cleanliness and appearance of the neighborhood. While I am uncertain if other tenants have raised complaints, I have notified my property manager, who is familiar with the property manager of **** ****** **** My hope is that addressing this situation can help restore the previously quiet environment that we enjoyed prior to this tenant’s arrival. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide.

      I have sent several messages about the incident that occurred at 3407 Homeward Trail on August *******. This is the worst company *** ever rented from there is no direct contact to receive information about the property. I had an incident and not one time did anyone try to accommodate my lost or inconvenience. Yall sent someone out to fix the job and they did a ridiculous job. All yall want is the rent and overcharge the tenant. I will be seeking legal services. I hope someone will contact me as soon as possible.

      I hate that I am renting from this unorganized *** company. I pay my rent on time I get ledgers with late fees saying I haven't paid my rent at all. I have all saved documents where all late fees were supposed to be rem due to HRG errors and I'm still showing I owe $1600 plus dollars. They are charging every month for a Rental fee package. I've been here 2 years this is absurd. This place only cares about scamming money. I'm tired. I get transferred so much it's said. I repeat the same shat over and over. It's time to write Mr. John in Arizona the CEO so he can see how his company is being run by idiots. I have every e mail and documents to backup everything I have said. ******* ******* *******.

      I'd give zero stars if I could they are the worst company I've ever dealt with 1st our rent was raised 500 dollars and put on month to month after living there 7 years then they claimed our rent wasn't received and evicted us and came to find out today they threw out our belongings before the state mandated 30 day of retrieving them, some thing irreplaceable we've been notified we have grounds to pursue legal action, everything is outsourced to India don't rent from these people what ever you do.
