            May of this year, I hired Mt. **** to help me move my large furniture to my new home. Unfortunately, due to poor decision-making by one of the employees, a very valuable piece of furniture was damaged. I pointed it out to the movers right away who then called someone more senior to notify him of the damage. After a few emails I was promised a refund of my deposit of $125. I have yet to receive the money. Additionally, the company has been avoidant in responding to my requests to speak to management. I have tried contacting via email and phone. I'm at my **** end.

            We needed a very heavy concrete and ceramic picnic table moved about 30 feet. Sounds like a small job, but the table is very heavy and requires strength and delicate handling. ******* and ****** were very prompt to arrive and finished the job in less than 10 minutes to my extreme satisfaction. Very professional. Highly recommended.
