I was very disappointed in Dr. ***** bedside manner and her lack of responsibility. I brought my dog in two weeks ago for an ear infection and allergies. After $550 she did a blood test and told me she would call me within two days to give me the results, two weeks later, she still hadnt called me so I went in for my second visit.During my second visit, she bumbled around between my dog was seriously ill with kidney disease to, we really dont know we just have to do more testing. However, she acted like my sweet puppy was dying. And then she would backtrack and say well we really dont know.Then she complained that I didnt bring my best friend in sooner. But I was in the hospital! She doesnt know whats happening in my life and she doesnt need to know and she doesnt need to pass judgment on me or my dog or anyone else Hearing that my dog, who is my service animal, might possibly have a serious kidney disease yet it wasnt serious enough for her to give me the call that she was supposed to do, was very stressful and upsetting. Her negative and blaming attitude does not speed healing!!! Spreading stress to me and my sweet puppy is not her job. Give me the facts and save me the lip and do your job. Call me when you say youre gonna call me. do your job and Ill do my job, ************. I left your office feeling traumatized $850 later and I feel like I need to call my therapist. Oh, I dont have a therapist I better get one! I never wanted to see her again. She calls me back, I will pick up my file, and bring it to a good veterinarian who understands that her attitude is as important as her knowledge. That has been proven.
