Mr. & ***************, we apologize for the delay in paying off your trade in.
Our records indicate that the initial contract was not approved by the lender that we submitted it too as we had contracted you.
We then submitted it to another lender that did approve the contract as submitted.
Our records indicate that we sent a check to pay off the trade when the deal was funded around the 30-day **** from the initial contract date.
I will contact the lienholder that had your trade title and request that they remove any derogatory ratings.
It is unusual that they would affect your rating when they see that you traded the vehicle.
And to drop 100 points is extremely unusually but I will see what I can do to assist.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
