I was referred to this company by my best friend, the owner did some work for my friend and was doing great job for her. We are in the process of buying home & decided to use this company per her referral, we started 01.16.22 & Talibath was doing what she claimed she could do the first 45 days she got one of my scores to 700 I was excited and I was getting all the letters from credit bureaus of the disputes and the disputes online and saw lots of movement on my credit first 45 days. I also decided to have her clean my spouse credit we got few letters for him not much work on his, then everything stopped no more letters no more movement, she is very hard to get a hold of and has tons of excuses. She doesn't reply to emails and will tell me she will be calling when she does reply and never does, I've been waiting on call since 05.05.22. I've been asking for updates for weeks as I haven't received any more letters for me or my spouse since March from credit bureaus. she has not been working on our file and we are on time frame. I paid her $1197 for both of us. She will answer my friends text messages but wont answer my emails. she is very unprofessional. I have obviously annoyed her to the point she wont answer me back. I need our money returned or for her to do what we paid her to do fix our credit. i would not refer her to anyone with her poor attitude as business owner. she also claimed she was BBB and she is not. I am very offended that she thought she can scam us.
