Amount in question is $3300.00.I sort ******* for Coolsculpting (**) and Ultherapy (UT) with Ideal Image. I had a virtual aesthetic consult. on 11/3/22 with ******************. During the session, I did state having a hernia but could not remember where. I was told that it should not be a problem. I was informed that a refund is only provided if there was a med. issue. I was ok with that because, if it could not be done because of the hernia, I would get my money back. I had the UT ******* in Dec. However, the ** is the issue. I was scheduled for an appt in Feb.; I did paperwork & again stated having a hernia. The Aesthetician stated that I could not have the ******* w/o a dr's ********* I got the letter; I believe I went back 3/13/23. I provided the letter to the Aesthetician and shared that it was requested previous appt. She consulted with her colleagues, I was told that I could not have the procedure, even with the dr's ********* because "their policy does not allow it." She had the policy in her hand. I was asked if there was any other *******, I wanted and I stated no. I was told that a case would have to be open for me to get my money back and it should take approx. a wk. I rec'd a call from ******* on 3/27/23 stating that a Hiatal Hernia is not medical, I could still have the procedure. I shared what I was told when I was there, & that docs online did not recommend it. The letter was provided by a N.P. The info. was conflicting. The Aesthetician described what could happen if I have the procedure. I am afraid to have the procedure and I do not trust the company. ******* said she was going to speak with cust. svc. A wk later no call. I called again on 4/5, spoke with someone else. I was told that someone from medical would call in 72hrs. No call. I feel that they should accept responsibility, conflicting info. from their staff have me petrified and I no longer trust them. I would like to get the money back paid for **.Initial Complaint

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a spa or aesthetic center. They never call when they say they will. Appointments are not available on time. You dont get the results you pay so much money for and then your contract runs out. Then they are asking you to pay more money outside of your contract even though it is totally their fault that you have to keep getting services beyond your contract. You waste your money here. Management and corporate is a joke, no help at all.
