For being the surplus wing of Home Depot, they really fail in many ways to achieve customer satisfaction. On their website, a pallet of a discontinued flooring was being offered at $98 of which i ordered from a sales agent in June. The item was delivered a couple of days later except it was just one case; i refused delivery from their driver and tried to have the issue resolved. They decided that the best path was for a refund and a redo of the order (at $98 a case making it a very expensive flooring). I refused to reorder and felt scammed. They kept the $98 pending on my credit card for several weeks even though they said it would be cleared in a couple of days. A month later, i see a charge of $98 on my credit card from them and i was very upset. After calling several times and being transferred to different departments (they dont have managers, they have departments) i finally reached someone that could help me. She apologized and said the funds would be returned immediately well, two days later, the charge is still on my credit card. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and its all still pending. I tried to complain but it seems that complaints are disregarded.
