I hired this company to remove a tub and replace with a shower. Prior to beginning the work the customer ********************** was great; however, the workers did gravely inferior work... niche was improperly installed and tiles were crooked in the niche, shower bench was installed over the threshold preventing the shower door from being installed. Threshold was crooked with materials protruding from it. My walls had to be repainted as a result of such inferior and messy work. I paid him before I realized that there were several problems. I had to repurchase materials several times. Several things that were promised in the Contract were not done. Instead, they did things that were less work and less cost to them. When questioned about it, there were always excuses and blaming some of it on me. They created such a mess inside and outside my house in the process of doing the job. The job started in August and was supposed to be completed in three days; however, after several phone call and responses loaded with excuses, numerous different workers came to complete the job at their convenience which caused problems for me since I work. Seemingly, the workers that he hires are picked up off the street. Work was never "so-called" completed until October. There was a leak caused by the initial workers. I had to call a plumber since the contractor, denied that they caused it even though it was not leaking before they started the job. He and some of the workers became somewhat belligerent when questioned about the work. He never returned to review the "finished" product or called and has not responded to two certified letters that I sent to him requesting some of my funds to be returned. I have "before "and "after" photos that I shared with him in that correspondence. Needless to say, I had to hire another contractor who came to redo the substandard work at my expense. Do not hire this company for any work since the customer ********************** is lacking and the work is horrible!!!
