I wish I had reviewed this site before purchasing from Bebe clothing online because I am having an issue receiving a cash refund. You must pay for shipping label and has been almost 15 days since the return arrived in their warehouse! Did it take 15 days to collect the payment? No, therefore give me my money. Furthermore the quality of the clothing is unsatisfactory! Bebe will never hear from me again and Im going to every platform that I can to express my opinion about Bebe!Review from Jinnette D

Worst customer service ever- ******************, and the rest of staff I spoke all rude, racist, unprofessional & disrespectful. Do you self a favor a prevent from ordering from their website. I paid $35 for overnight delivery, item arrived late. Lack of empathy, no mid-point or balance to find a solution. Continue to tell/reply that my item arrived on time. Poor customer service. Returned an item that I just tried on from online shopping. Claimed it had a perfume odor and instead of returning they discarded and no refund. They claimed that I had 5 days to confirm address to return. Really???? They had the address!! This is why people buy from Amazon and Nordstrom and shouldnt buy from this business. Very bad customer service. It is clearly a pattern when reading other reviews. I have not received my items. Labeled as " lost in transit" still they would not send a replacement or return the money. It has been 1 monthReview from Janine B

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in any company and am stunned on how unhelpful their customer service actually is. I bought $130 pair of pants in late November and gifted them for Christmas 12/25. On 12/27 after confirming they don't fit I asked how to process a refund or exchange and they confirmed they did not extend a holiday courtesy to their return policy of 30 days and therefore did not allow an exchange, a credit or return. It is money wasted and my only request was to exchange for a size that *** fit better.
