              I purchased an item through this merchant using my shop account. I returned an item from my order at a *** using their happy return system. Their policy is to issue a gift card as opposed to refund your money if an item is returned after a certain amount of days. I noticed that I did not receive an email detailing my gift card information for my return because my shop account was inadvertently linked to an email that I do not have access to anymore. I reached out to the company inquiring if there was another way for me to retrieve the gift card information over the phone or sent via text to my number on file or mailed to my address on file. They advised that they could only send it to the email on the order despite being aware that I cannot access it an all due to it being a former school account. They did not cancel and reissue the gift card and just kept my money for the item I returned. I would preferably like my money returned after these business practices but will take access to the gift card issued. Thank you.

              I wish I had reviewed this site before purchasing from Bebe clothing online because I am having an issue receiving a cash refund. You must pay for shipping label and has been almost 15 days since the return arrived in their warehouse! Did it take 15 days to collect the payment? No, therefore give me my money. Furthermore the quality of the clothing is unsatisfactory! Bebe will never hear from me again and Im going to every platform that I can to express my opinion about Bebe!
