              Horrible customer service. Ive had issues with my ******************** since it was put down 2 years ago. I have made 8 phones to the office of A and R Flooring and cant any kind of response back. The office staff is very nice but they cant fix my issues. I would highly recommend another company to do business with. This one doesnt care about the customers who spend money with them. Rate them a ZERO star.

              We have reached out to this customer and set a time for an inspection *******. The delay in calls were due to us trying to reach out the contractor that hired us to do the work for. We are working with this customer to try and get a resolution on his issues.
