Late June my husband took 3 blouses to be dry cleaned. After a couple weeks he returned and was told they only had two of the three items, he took the two items and they "split the ticket" creating a new ticket for the one orvis linen blouse on July ***** Approx one week later they still were unsuccessful in locating the blouse, my husband was given contact at the main plant, Alex ********** called and left a message, no response, the following week I called and spoke to Mr. ********* and said they would continue to look for the garment and would call with a fallowup. Couple weeks pass, no contact, I left a message with Mr. ********* late last week, no response. I decided it was time to file a complaint requested a refund. The blouse is a couple years old and not extremely expensive (probably cost $50-60 when new). I'd like to hear from Wade Cleaners and we can discuss appropriate reimbursement.Business response

Unfortunately, we've been unable to reach you since the phone number we have listed on your account is disconnected. I will be more than happy to process a refund for you, if you'll please give me a call with your updated contact info. Please accept my apologies for your inconvenience. Sincerely, Alex Z******** Cleaners Manager Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My wife called Mr. Z******** on Thursday **** he indicated he would immediately send a link for a refund. For the FOURTH time, we gave him our contact information. We never received the email or any other contact. Mr. Z******** please do not bother to contact us, the refund is inconsequential, poor customer service however, is not. Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/10/18) */ We spoke to Mrs. ***** and Have forwarded her documents that once filled out we will be able to process a claim for her lost item. We discussed a fair price for the item in question and were both satisfied with that concluding the issue at hand once we have her paperwork.
