I have been a garbage and recycling customer for four or five years. Lately things have fallen apart. I called to cancel my recycling about 2 months ago. I asked them to pick up the can when they come next. I waited and they did not. I called again, I was told, that they would and yet they did not. This happened FOUR MORE TIMES. Finally, they did. The other issue is pickup. They have missed pickup times on 3 or 4 occasions. I call and they tell me the cans were not out. Each time this was not true. I work from home and have an alarm on my phone for every Wednesday at 5. I log off, go gather the trash in the house, the garage and the workshop. I empty the cat litter and clean the yard. I take it up before 6 each evening. Not night, and not the next morning. I am 53 years old and stand by my actions and words. I called yesterday at 4:30 and told ***** that again they had not picked up. She said the driver said the cans were not out at 7:30AM. I explained everything to her like above. She said she would try to call me back before 5 but would definitely call me in the AM. She did not. I walked up the drive and still nothing, I called her at 1:12 and she said the driver is not responding to ask. And I said, well that does not help me, I need these picked up, I did my part and they should do theirs. She said the earliest was Tuesday (today is Friday). I said that will not work and asked to speak to a manager and she said almost word for word the exact things she said about the driver, that they were out in the field and they could not be reached. I told her after the recycling debacle I feel that I need to change companies as I am paying them my money on time, walking my trash up on time and it is up to the to do their part. She said okay. I said well alright then, I will call when I have another company set up and she said okay. So that is how much being a loyal customer means to this company. They have my money but I still have my trash.

I am a senior who had this company clean earth picking up my trash. I always paid on time never thought there was a problem, and then today they told me they could no longer pick up my trash because I live on a dirt road, I had already paid them for the month month and I just said it was too hard to drive down the dirt road and they wanted me to drag the *** a half a mile to another road so they could pick it up. I am a senior, I have RA and lupus and I am not able to drag this *** through a dirt road so I can pick up my trash. The supervisor would not even talk to me to tell me why they are doing this to me, because there is no other trash pick up in my area so clean earth has a monopoly and they have decided that they do not want to go down the dirt road. I have no other way to get my trash picked up, I am a widow 68 years old and not able to get my trash to the recycling center because I dont have a truck. This company let me know two days before my trash or to be picked up that I would have to drag my can a half a mile up the road because they would no longer come to my house. I am the only house on the road and its a dead end and there never was a problem but they just dont wanna be bothered with the dirt road I guess, I guess theyre afraid to get the garbage truck dirty . But the way they treated me was horrible and I would never recommend them to anybody, now I need to find somebody to pick up my trash and Ive got a monopoly in the city of ******* and there is nobody else, I feel like I was treated really bad I paid on time all the time I did what they said to do and yet they still refused to pick up my trash .
