Star rating should be a Zero. In August, 2023 my computer froze and a message appeared to call Apple with a phone number. I was led to believe I was talking with Apple. I was told my computer was hacked and for $940 they could provide me with lifetime protection on all my devices. I was told to send a check certified to Santify LLC. I noted on my check *** Services Lifetime. In November, 2023, I received a threatening phone call demanding $3,000 for web protection services. I was told the $940 was only a deposit. They threatened to debit the money. I closed my account in November immediately following the first threatening phone call and began working with my banks ***************** Santify continues to call threatening me almost daily and sometimes multiple times daily. Most recently they left 2 lengthy (165 words) voicemails. Part of the voicemails included we are about to charge your checking account $6,300 right now immediately, Our billing team is going to proceed further to straightaway charge the money from your account, and let me tell you that this amount would be automatically debited every year repeatedly for the renewal of your service. I continue to work with my bank **************** and local and federal agencies. These criminals need to be stopped.
