A car was posted on marketplace by this car lot and I contacted them to get vin number and other information for my bank before I made the 2 1/2 drive so if it checked out I could purchase it while there. My bank needed a copy of title work and I was told they would email it to my bank. I went to my bank and was told they hadnt received anything yet so I called back to Lux to see if they would please send it so we could get on the road so we wouldnt be so late getting there. I was told he was waiting for a copy to be sent to him so he could send it. We waited all day and nothing. I called them back to see if they thought they would have it to send so we could come the following day because my husband would need to know if he needed to take off work or not so he could go with me, but they wouldnt answer my call so I left a message. Waited a while and tried calling back one more time and still nothing. I left a message and ask if he could please try to let me know something because Im very interested and want the car, if it checked out, but needed information for my bank b4 I drove that far. Next thing I see is they posted it as unavailable on marketplace but on there website was was still available. He finally called me back the next day and told me it was no longer available.To me that is very bad business! I understand they are there to sell cars but he could have at least been honest with me and answered my calls instead of leaving me hanging all day.
