Macon Water Authority Response

Our staff has been in communication with **. ******** regarding the returned item. **. ******** utilized the self-service option when submitting her payment. Which means she inputted the information to process the payment. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the customer's manual entry input. We could not waive the fee a 2nd time, as we had previously waived the fee in August when an input entry by **. ******** occurred. Our team addressed **. ********'s concerns empathetically and professionally when explaining the return issue to her. We are more than willing to discuss alternate payment options with **. ******** if she wishes to call our office.
