I experienced the same issues as documented by ****** on 10/24/2021 and ********** on 11/04/2021. I contracted (which includes a 3-yr warranty) Posada Landscaping in January 2022 for work that was performed in April 2022. A second contract (also includes a 3-yr warranty) was executed in April ******************************************************************* progress. Posada Landscaping planted 55 flowering shrubs to which 28 of them died within two weeks. In early May 2022, the owner and his daughter came to our property to assess the issues. They specifically named another family member that planted the shrubs that died and readily admitted this has happened before with this particular family member. Both the father and daughter said they would replace the dead shrubs in late May 2022. Posada Landscaping never showed up to replace the shrubs. From late May 2022, it has been a constant battle to get any response from the company. There were several text and email responses months after the initial text or email was sent. Each time the owner's daughter responded with the same response that they are going to replace the shrubs. My experience has been no different than the other complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. The last communication from Posada Landscaping via email was September 20, 2023 with the same response of "We have said we are going to replace them". As of today, January 7, ****, no response and no show. In the other reviews and complaints with the BBB, Posada Landscaping has provided the same response as I received. "we said we are going to replace them" - at which point will Posada Landscaping actually follow through and replace the shrubs? This complaint doesn't even address the cracks in the stone walkway or the flooding they were supposed to address that has killed the grass they installed. This company needs be held accountable for their poor service as they are not suitable to be in business as a landscaping company.
