ZERO STARS! This Vet office. LACKS the intelligence to "know" what LIVER FAILURE looks like in ur animals, and especially cats!!!! Dr. B******* provided the WRONG diagnosis a YEAR ago when I took my baby boy (cat) in for medical issues that were new symptoms (excessive thirst/urination/food intake), and I told him we used Pretty Litter, so when he urinates on the litter the gel turns blue which indicates an issue with his alkaline levels, & thats why we were here for a visit. He did everything BUT ask/run blood panels, or any other testing on him at that time an dismissed us from his office with a "Sore Throat" and antibiotics. 5/8/24:: Took my baby boy in today to Dr. B******* explained to him his "NEWER" symptoms (not eating/drinking, not peeing/pooping, & vomiting EVERYWHERE!! I told him I'm cleaning up between 50-100 piles of vomit a day, and trying to force feed/water him on wet food nothing was helping. In an agitated voice he says... "well of course nothing is coming out because nothing is going in"!! Dr. B******* continued to check him over then says "He has a sore throat" I'll prescribe antibiotics/ a steroid shot that should do it. I said you said that a YEAR AGO-something more serious is wrong and I'd like him euthanized pls (at this time my cat was just 9lbs vs 17lbs when I first took him in for concerning medical issues). He then just turned and walked away, threw his hands with our folder in hand in the air and YELLS "WELL LETS GO AHEAD AND KILL YOUR CAT!! LETS JUST EUTHANIZE IT"!! How dare he yell that to us during such a hard time & grieving at that!! This Business should NOT be operating if he can not "PROFESSIONALLY & COMPASSIONATELY" treat/meet his paying customers needs for THEIR babies!!!! If you DARE to mention you are "Disabled or on SSI" he/the staff make sure they note it in ur folder as "financial issues & can't pay"! He is NOT an animal whisperer but sure acts holier than thou. If you love ur baby, DONT TAKE THEM HERE!!
