              I purchased a 2018 **** Focus (VIN: *****************) on July 5th with a down payment and financing, using my AL driver's license. I informed my ****************************, ****, on July 30th after returning to the country, that I had moved to **. I had seen **** enter my new address into their system on July 30th. **** assured me the license plate would be processed in **. She let time pass without informing me that she could not process the license plate in *************, **. Only after that, her manager contacted me to confirm my new address and asked me to send my TN driver's license to them. A manager sent the document to me, so I had to sacrifice time to register the car myself. They paid the check for $694.86 for registration, but the actual cost was $1,069.10. They refused to compensate for any differences, even though they charged me $878 for the document fee. They claim that it is my responsibility to inform them and provide information about my move to another state within a month, even though they cannot point to this dispute in the contract, and I did inform them within a month.

              If I could give this a minus star I would. Purchased a Hummer H2 from this bunch of liars and thieves...they are dishonest and will advertise a vehicle to be in prime condition. I was not able to purchase the vehicle in person and purchased online. Man did I make a big mistake by putting my trust in this bunch of liars and thieves. Battery died after three days of taking ownership, come to find out that the vehicle had a short and was draining the battery. They had installed a disconnect device on the battery that you had to disconnect each time you turned the vehicle off. Transmission slips and will need to be rebuilt or replaced. The mirror fell off within a week. They promised in the deal that they would pay tag and registration fees...NOT, I had to pay over $700 when I went to acquire a tag for the vehicle.... another lie. I Contacted them numerous times and they had the impudence to offer me 12K buyback after they had just purchased to Hummer for $18K in less than a week. What crooks! Some quit answering my calls and **** (the boss as I understand it) promised to call me back and heard nothing. I don't see how Mayor ****** can allow this "business" to be any part of representing the city of *******.
