Unfortunately I have had the worst customer service from this location. Since the end of August my vehicle has been here for a simple repair due to weather damage from the Hurricane Savannah had just experienced. My insurance agent and I were ensured by Tony (the assigned service advisor for my vehicle) that my car would be ready in a week after the adjusters came to create an estimate which was on September 10th. Weeks went by with no further communication and unfortunately my rental coverage max was reached on Oct 8th. My insurance agent Robert M****** at *********** reached out to the dealership and was told they had been waiting on a part that was supposedly on backorder. My agent advocated that the dealership pick up with extended rental costs due to their mishap with now being beyond the deadline of my completed repairs and rental coverage. Tony was very rude & nasty with my mother & I. He refused to assist with rental coverage despite me being a full time student & employee in Atlanta. His words verbatim were “ If I don’t like it, I can get a tow truck to pick up the car & take it another repair shop.” Very unprofessional as someone who also works in customer service daily & absolutely unacceptable considering the fact my insurance had already cut a check to the dealership on September 26th before anything was completed. We asked to speak with the general manager and were transferred to Spencer, who we later found out was not the current General Manager at the dealership, but possibly another service advisor. Spencer to no avail further complied with Tony explaining he’s not responsible for the extended rental expenses despite not having my car ready past the Oct 8th deadline. His tone was very sarcastic & careless of the situation his department has cost me.Review from Ericka J

The experience there was horrible. **** was very unprofessional and rude. My mom purchased a car from them.once she arrived home she notice the windshield had two cracks in it. The front bumper was not attached correctly and very loose. The bumper was also glued together under the hood. The head lights were not attached to the bumper the whole car just appeared to be warped. My mom called them and the gave her the run around. Every number that she was told to call, she left a voice mail and no one returned her calls. She finally talked with **** who claims to be the store manager when he is just the sales manager. **** was adamant about not doing anything for my mom from jump start and made it very clear that he would not be taking the car back instead he blamed her for it. I myself also called and spoke with **** on behalf of my mom. As I said earlier he was rude and very unprofessional I could not get a word in with out him cutting me off and accusing us of damaging the car! Monday we took the car back. We have him on video being very unprofessional. On top of that they never gave my mom her gas card. They lied and said they dont give gas cards out for used cars. We have asked to speak to ***** several times and left voicemails and have not heard from him. I wouldnt recommend *** Vaden to anyone. The service there *****, they show no compassion for their customers. Their professionalism *****. The customer service all together was 0/10. They knew the sold my mom a piece of c*** and to have the audacity to blame her for it is observed. They made us stop recording them in order to fix our problem. We should not have had to record if they had listen to us from jump start. Im assuming had we not record my mom would still be in that same piece of c*** They knew they was wrong and they didnt want that being recorded. 0 stars for me and **** needs to be fired or demoted!!Vaden Nissan Response

I have experienced a mind blowing lack of customer service.. when I first contacted ********************** I was told to bring my 2019 ******* Santa Fe in and I would get a ***** gas card., I brought my car in and was told that if I purchased the used Buick they would fill it for me..I moved from out of state and had to get a duplicate title from ny., the kbb value was 19,00 they gave me 18k and that left a refund due of ********.. minus the warranty I bought which left *****., I specifically asked before I left if I could pick up the check. I called the next day because the dealership said they had to verify title and would get back..first person I spoke with never got back..I called bd t day and they said they sent the check out..spoke with another manager who said they would call back and I had to reach out to someone e **************** office..since it was sent I asked if they could put a stop payment on it and was told it would take 30 days.found out check was mailed out on the 30th..I have spoken with manager twice today and hears someone yelling in the background.. I missed a family funeral because of someone not getting back to me..I also should md took that when I was transferred to ******, I had asked to speak to a sales manager in ********** I dont know why people are yelling in the background when I am speaking to a manager..but it seems like someone has s problem.. I will say that I have spoke. With a manager who seems to be on top of this.. but my missing a family funeral when I acted in accordance with my promises is not sitting well with me..I just had a procedure and I have to worry about this? I was going to let the whole bait and switch thing go with the gas card, but it seems a fake way to do business. If another manager has s problem with me, maybe they should have done job right first time and just let me pick up refund checkReview from Angela S

They sold me a ******* 10/14/2023 Venue and 3 weeks later the transmission went out.The vehicle had 3 recalls.I was stranded in Forsyth County headed to MS with my autistic granddaughter from 3am to 11am on Thanksgiving day. Called them and they were so nasty to me. I had to pay someone ****** to bring us back to ******** **. They are crooksReview from Lauren C

We spent 3 hours negotiating a price looking up financing signing papers and gave a deposit and as we were about to leave the sales manager came back in and said he would lose too much money at the price we already signed paperwork for and said he needed to require a price over **** more - seriously as we were tired hungry and excited deal was done going to exit.Review from Brannen B

After keeping me there for 5 hours the first time "waiting on the finance manager to finish a deal" for me to sign all the papers on a car, I had to come back two days later to pay my down payment and bring proof of insurance. Instead of me leaving with the car, I wasn't even allowed to see it in person, the salesman shown me a few pictures Instead, saying it was in the shop undergoing oil changes and tire rotations and that they'd try delivering it to a closer dealership for me over the next day or two. The next day I call and the first person I speak to says that it'll be in shop until early next week, the second person I spoke to said it was just finishing an inspection. Then the morning of the second day they canceled out the deal and now I can't even get a straight answer about getting my money back. I have never been this blown off by any business, it feels like a joke, or like they don't even have the car to begin with as I never once got to see it in personReview from Anthony B

***************************** left a message for me to call him back about my visit at dealership and why it wasn't successful. When I started to tell him what happen he automatically hung the phone ** in my face. Very very rude. Also, when I called dealership to speak to him tbe lady who answered the phone hung up and I had to call back. I will never ever deal with them again. I brought my wife a brand new 2013 Altima from this dealership years ago and never experienced anything lime this before. Unacceptable. I was pre-approved for ***** from *********** but of course dealerships really want to use their finance people to make money. Don't waste your time at this place.Review from Art B

It is now 3 pm, on 30 May 2022, and not only I am extremely upset to call it something I can put on paper; but wasted most of the day, and other sale opportunities, being lied to by the personnel at Vaden Nissan in ********* They not only employed a bait and switch tactic on the phone to get me to the dealership, but when confronted, blamed it on the person on the phone (employee, ****) who they claimed was a contractor, and claimed she was acting on her own, and refused to provide the agreed upon sale and TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY and REFUSED to honor the agreement made.Since days ago, I had been helping my son on researching and 3 very specific vehicles, which he had been saving for, and asked for my help on purchasing. One of the vehicles was a 2022 Nissan *************** on the earlier research, we waited until Memorial Day for a better possible sale, to maximize the money, he had saved. During the morning on Memorial Day, we noticed Vaden Nissan had some deals close to what my son had saved.While looking at their website this morning, I noticed they were selling 4 each, 2022 Nissan Versa Ss at $20,115, $19,72, $18,490 and $16,820 (see attached). When I saw the one for $16, 820 I figured that was close enough to what he had saved, to call and inquire if they would be willing to come down to $15,000usd (Out the Door All included). So, even though the prices did not match the $15,000 USD he had saved, we decided to call and see if the current prices were negotiable.So, we called and I personally spoke to **** a few times (3 to be specific), and my wife spoke to her ones. I made it very clear, that I did not want to waste HER time, NOR for her to waste mine. They were set on a cash purchase today, and we were only willing to spend the $15,000 on the specific vehicle (2022 Nissan Versa S). I told her I understood if they could NOT match our price and we could wait until we had more money and come back next year, if necessary, but iReview from Shannon W.

I was referred that *** Vaden was a good place to take my ******,well I was treated like c*** I was giving a quote of ****** by ***************************** stating to "you have been patient with me so I am quoting you this ******" well I kept waiting to hear from her I was told my car would be ready two different days and a part needed to be ordered I was told the part was ordered my ******* and it wasn't until Thursday So I wanted to speak to ********************* she told me I can have my car towed off her property so I spoke to ***** the general manager he told me the same I was told I was going to get two fob keys cause getting a BCM I had to get another key although ******* already told me I didn't need one just the original key when I got to the ****** place on AbercornThey told me I had to 1,452.17.I told ******* this is not right and plus I am suppose to have two keys I showed her and ***** and ********************* the messages they told me I could take my business elsewhere.***** demanded I get Off his property ********************* would not I mean would not accept that I had messages from.*******
