Company has called 30+ times in the past 6 months. Rep calling did not identify who they work for for SEVERAL of the initial voicemails. Identified herself as ******** and left multiple threatening messages. Upon changing my voicemail to a more ***** one, they finally started identifying themselves using company name. I have no debt for them to collect yet at least 2 times a week they call me, from the same spoofed number ************** and leave yet another threatening message about debt collection. (AGAIN I HAVE NO DEBT FOR THEM TO COLLECT ON)

On 2/2/2022, at 4:03PM EST, I received a call that went to my voicemail. The message left stated that it was from *************************** from Champion Strategy Holdings. She states that she is calling regarding a file that has been forwarded to their office for review. The message goes on to state that if I don't call, the matter would be forwarded to my local county processor. Please understand that I am not taking this lightly. I work as a Compliance Officer in a collection agency. Regulation F(****) states that only the approved limited content message may be left on a consumer's voicemail. This went into effect on 12/1/2021. If I continue to get calls from this company, I will be in contact with the **** and the ************************** I am requesting a formal Cease and Desist of all communications from this company.

I received a call from the # ************ at 9:25 am on 01/272022 and a message was left to call ************ to speak to the next available agent. I called the ************ back at 10:41 am on 01/27/2022 and asked who I was speaking with and what company this was. The agent stated that her name is *************** and the company was **************** trying to mediate a debt. *************** verified my name and the last 4 of my social. She stated that she was collecting for a loan I owe to Advance America. I told her that I have never had a loan with them and that I need proof of debt and for her to contact me only through certified letter. She refused to give me any info about the debt and said that I was going to be sued. I had to find the company info online using the # I was told to call. She was very rude and it was illegal for her to refuse to give me any info.

On 1/13/22 I was contacted by this business via telephone about a debt collection and that I needed to call them immediately about a time sensitive issue. I have never received anything in mail from them and believe that it is a scam or they're trying to collect something that they don't have legal rights to.
