              Purchased membership on Sept 25, because we enjoy to travel. I tested their selling point that they have better pricing than expedia/*********** because both entities upcharge their services by 200% or they will refund me the difference plus 110%. Simple car rental was $90 more expensive if I had booked with them instead of expedia. I wanted details on their refund process. I reached 3 times via email, twice via phone call and once via chat. None of the emails nor phone calls were returned or responded. The chat session, cut as soon as I requested a call back from a manager. Due to their inactivity in responding to inquiries, I wish to cancel and get my money back. I emailed them today requesting the cancellation.

              Here's a ****** review you can use:---?????I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They offered a complimentary stay at a hotel for attending a webinar, which sounded great at first. However, after waiting patiently for my "gift," I was suddenly hit with unexpected charges. I thought I was upgrading my stay, only to realize it was a scam. To make matters worse, I found that booking through Priceline was actually cheaper.I immediately emailed them for clarification and assistance, but I received no response. When I tried to reach out via text, they blocked me because my message bounced back. This lack of communication and the overall experience have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for genuine ********* now Im out $384.85 and 4 hours of my time!---

              The ******** ad that you clicked on displays an advertisement for a stay in Hawaii, for $76.95 per night in taxes/fees. This is exactly what was delivered to you.

              A typical hotel in Hawaii costs well over $200/night, and therefore respectfully, $76 per night is a GREAT special, in exchange for just 45 minutes of your time.

              A supervisor will be calling you to clear everything up. We hope you will consider updating or removing this review once resolved. Thanks!
