My mother started taking her new puppy there since he was around 8 weeks old. Shots, Vaccinations ETC... I was not Privy as to what was being done or any aspect of the care of the dog (Kaiko) He went for annual check-*** to be able to get his Prescription Flea,Tick and Heartworm med's. Mom Passed in 2015 and my Sister took over his care, He has had Severe bad breath for 5 years. My sister and I took Kaiko to Kalihi Vet Clinic to have him Sedated to do a Dental Cleaning on Jan 6 2021 $586.39. 3 day's later the Bad breath was back. My Sister moved out in June 2021 and left her dog. March 22 2022 I took Kaiko in for an **** gland expression. $172 for the services on that day. They sent me an e-mail of what they saw that day and Requested Another Dental Cleaning with a 3 out of 4 for severe Dental Disease and wanted to do **ray's and Sedation with possible Extractions. I asked him why the **ray's weren't advised in 2021 to check Further, So on 3/19/2022 his **** gland issue returned, So I chose to seek a second opinion on the 19th of April. **** Glands were Full Again? And then The Dr. advised me that Kaiko has Teeth that are (MOVING ) and we need to get him in NEXT WEEK. After his 12 Teeth were Removed.I then Voiced my Frustration to the last vet Via E-mail and Yelp. After days of going back and forth, I was just saying why didn't he suggest x-rays last year While the Dog was Sedated already to check for other issues and we could have possible Trouble before it got worse.Thursday April 28th/ After **Ray's 12 Teeth they said. I have asked him to quit Harassing me over my 1 Star Yelp Comment. 5/3/22 He posted 7 times on Yelp after I asked him for 2 days to Please leave me Alone. And he has been in Contact with my DR. ***** I also asked him not to discuss with them. Just send the Records. **ray's in 2021 could have caught issues before he lost 12 Teeth. Kaiko and I were not Prepared for that. He has Many Bad Reviews. I had no idea how to keep up with the Teeth. I feel bad
