    I would have given them a 4 star but the customer service was bit on the aggressive side. I called them after the I picked the vehicle up to discuss some issues I had which were very minor. The work was above average and I was planning to use them on consistent basis for my fleet. Unfortunately the owner or manager was super unprofessional. I'm usually a calm guy but this gentle was off his rocker. I gave him the same energy and the conversation went now where. I hung up and he called me back. At this point it's basically harassment. I'm just waiting for him to call back one more time so I can go down to the court house. I've decided to open my own detailing shop and provide world class service to not only the local population but to transient and military population. More than one way to skin a cat.

    ****, I am extremely sorry and disappointed that you would go through all this to claim false allegations. When we spoke about your truck getting detailed, I had given you a step by step process on what we were going to do. You were extremely upset that your customer treated your vehicle like, c*** and that there was wax, sunscreen, sand, and salt water stains all over your vehicle. Over the phone and in person I advised you that the package you selected does not include shampooing of the seats and carpet but also told you I would take care of you. I had advised that we could take care of the shampooing but you declined the service due to pricing. I said that I would do my best on getting the wax and sunscreen out, and a top layer cleaning on your chairs. You also spoke ill about the other detailing shop leaving waterspots all over your truck and that too was also a major concern to you so I told you we'd take care of that for you. I gave you a lower end price in good faith that you would continue to do business with us with your "fleet" for your Turo business. The truck came out spectacular! Almost no water spots and if there were, it was very light. We advised that unfortunately, if it eats through the clear coat, then we can't help that. At that point, it would need to be seen by a body/body paint shop. I was able to get out the sunscreen and the wax for you. I had also asked you to look over the vehicle upon pick up and let me know if you wanted something touched up. If you were upset about missed spots from the sand, then I would be more than happy to fix it. You went on to say "f!@# these **** customers, what gives them the right to mess up people's personal stuff". And that's what I find very comical. Because unfortunately you are no better. The phone call that came in after some time in the day went a bit like this. You asked me to go over the detailing issues you had and I said absolutely. You said that you had taken a shampooer to the chairs and it came out. I then said ok nice. Then you want on saying why did I spend this money if I could have done it myself. Now I will admit, after hearing that I became upset and my tone was getting louder, but that was because you would not let me get a word in. I got a little louder so I could advise you why we did not shampoo your seats. Yes I could have let you complain more but it was pointlesss because you unfortunately didn't want to pay for the shampooing in the first place, which is what I was trying to tell you. But in the midst of me trying to talk over you and explain this you hung up. So I decided to call you back, not to harass you, but to try again to inform you that you did not pay for the service. And what happened when you finally let me talk. You told me you didn't know it wasn't included. I then said that I spoke to you about this many times. But you were so focused on your chairs not being shampooed you didn't care. You then started swearing at me saying why the f--- would I pay all this money if it looks like sh*t. Once I was about to talk you then said you know what, "Have a good day" And I said you too ****** You then said f--- you ****** something along those lines, and I hung up as I would no longer entertain the disrepect of being cussed at. It's disappointing that you would leave such a review attempting to burn me on here, it makes you no better then the customers that burn you. I'm a down to earth, Aloha Spirit kinda guy and I really try to spread that spirit around. I am one of the very few that would be very honest and transparent, regardless if it's good news or not. Unfortunately you wanted something that wasn't included and didn't want to pay for it. We're all about going above and beyond, but feel we are priced very fairly for the quality we produce. I'm sorry we couldn't accomodate your request for free service. Lastly, I just wanted to add that a good chunk of our awesome and amazing customers are military personnel and toursists. We appreciate any and all customers willing to support local businesses here and welcome them to experience our aloha first hand! At this point, you have gone out of your way to make us look like awful people which really shows your character which ironically is much like the harassment you mention above!I wish you only the best.     Clearly you don't understand why you're getting this reviews. It's about respect for your customers and exercising some emotional intelligence. Even if I were wrong to assume that you were responsible for shampooing the seats we could have discussed it like adults. During the conversation I let you know several times that your were yelling and behaving unprofessionally. You responded "I'm not yelling" but you're screaming at the top of your lungs. I'm not a child and definitely not your child. I stated several times we can't speak at the same time or the conversation will go now where. From there I hung up, we were not communicating effectively and I had more important things to address. Intelligent people will see through the deception. Your quality of work is above average but my interaction with you was unpleasant and disappointing. You present yourself as a professional but you're ticking time bomb. Fix yourself or that won't be the last one star rating you receive.
