              In August 2021 we purchased a house that we planned to remodel. We went through BMC West to get new windows and doors. We worked specifically with a guy named ******. It has been very difficult to contact him during this time. Over the course of that last 6 months we have all our windows and doors that we need, but one window came cracked, and he told me he would come replace it. I have attempted to contact him for the past several weeks and I have gotten no response. We have a broken product that he said he would replace and now it seems we are being ghosted and hes ignoring us. We have looked at the companies reviews and it seems like a lot of people have had this same problem. I can handle waiting for products to come in, but Im not ok with them outright ignoring us as a customer and leaving us with a broken product.
