First and foremost customer service should be your utmost importance when dealing with customers and customer needs. Secondly this business refuses to do any business with anyone outside of the papered and registered owner of vehicles that are towed. *n March 15th I contacted this business to get my vehicle removed from this Towing yard I was rudely told that he could not do business with me only the registered owner could take care of the towing needs a vehicle. Upon initial tow I was not told that my vehicle was being towed it was in a maintenance yard to be repaired and was forcibly removed without consent or knowledge from this Towing yard. When I was in contact with the owner of this Business after having been rudely refused, I was also told that they were not going to tow it from the yard to any other place and that prior approval from this yard was going to need to be put in place as to where it was being removed and towed to. The owner stated that he does not tow vehicles to Apartments businesses and that the location that he could tow to had to be approved and was required to have an appointment as this business does not operate from on-site. Three times I tried to call this business to have this problem resolved of having the car paid for and taken care of and sent from the yard with the owner's refusal. I have never had an issue with Towing my vehicle that I am community property of. To include separate towing companies as well as AAA. I have had much work done to this vehicle including ******* and Big * Tires with no issues that I am not the main registered owner on the vehicle. Not only do I want this issue resolved because the goal is to retrieve my property back from this towing company as well as to file a report of grievance against the treatment made by this company. The owner is rude and hostile and shouldn't be in business and when I tried to resolve the dispute he stated goodbye and hung up on me.
