This company attempted to steal my car this past weekend at the Hideaway *********** while I was very clearly inside the restaurant. The driver was parked in the adjacent dirt lot watching for people who park and leave the premises. I walked straight from my car to inside the restaurant, and about 20 minutes into dining in, I see a car that looks like mine being driven away on the truck. I go outside and my car is gone. Come back inside and talk to the manager and she calls the driver back to the restaurant because I'm very clearly dining inside, and have been the entire time. Another 20 minutes pass and my car finally returns. I go out to confront the thief and he claims he saw someone else that looked nothing like me get out of my car on both the driver's side and the passenger side (couldn't keep his story straight) and leave the property (which I don't understand how he makes this story up if he is parked in the next lot and can very clearly see me get out of the car and go inside. Went on some diatribe about someone trying to block him in while towing my car and I'm not sure what that was about, but had nothing to do with me. Overall he seemed pretty upset that he got caught trying to take my car for a quick buck and not too apologetic, and really, really wanted me to buy all of his excuses. Very shady business that businesses shouldn't ever bother calling for their towing needs because it doesn't seem like they have any sort of standards. Pretty sure there's a reason they have an F rating on here.

Hi *****,I apologies for the inconvenience and the mistake in towing your vehicle last weekend. I was told of this incident and the driver explained that there were several vehicles illegally parked and towed that day. You are correct, some of the drives sit in the lot close by to assist in control of parking in order that the owner and manager of The Hideaway can accommodate for all of their customers. Unfortunately, there are too many that park in the lot and go elsewhere and ruin it for many, especially for those who go to eat and dont because the parking lot is full, they figure the restaurant is full.Maybe next time you go somewhere to eat, and a vehicle gets towed, think about how the tower is getting his information. It is not only by his observations, sometimes it is by a mistaken vehicle. They are called and told to take a vehicle, so they do. When in fact there were 2 of the same vehicles. It is unfortunate, but it has happened to all the towers, for example, "tow the gold ***** on the far side of the parking lot", when the tower gets there he tows the gold *****. Unfortunately, the gold ***** of concern has already left.... and you can see where I'm going. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience that your vehicle was towed. As for the * rating, it has nothing to do with the comments or complaints toward Pink Towing. It has to do with resolution and response of the complaints made. I will work to be more diligent in responding accordingly. In the end, I'm glad your vehicle was returned.
