TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN February 1, 2022 This is regarding about my car Acura MDX ****.My complaint is about First Class Motors located in *********************************** Last week January, I spoke with Mr **** by phone: how much will cost to replace the mounting engine parts ( engine suppport ) there is five parts included for the transmission, he gave a price of $750 with parts, I asked him if I bring the parts how much will cost? His answer was $375, also I asked for another car to fix, but that's was ok., that's why I bring my Acura MDX **** .I told Mr **** here is the key and the parts are in passenger sit, he said ok. I got you, that's was Saturday January 29, 22.He replace those parts and call me is ready and the price is $881 + cents, so I asked him how come if you give me a price of $375? . He said I ordered the parts. But I said: I told you the part's are in passenger seat, his answer was oh I forgot, sorry let me see what can I do... a minute after he apologized and come with a price $754+ cents, I told him I am not ppy.I went to his office and he told me to return parts I bring it, I said sorry my son give me this car and those parts and no returns,so in that case I will like you to install the parts I brought and you return your parts, he apologize again and said he was confused and was his fault ( I have a witness what he said) . Then he called Mr ***** who he said there was a mistake and confuse for my accent, he gave a price $734 + cents and will give me a free oil change that costs $ 60 and he insisted that I return the parts I brought, that's not fair, and to take my car I have to pay $734 and tax.He said he has no knowledge of the parts being in the car to be used and insinuating that Mr **** didn't know either, Mr. **** did know.But the price still $360 more then I had budgeted I don't think this is fair business practice
