Upon reviewing the file in question, it is evident that the work orders have been processed in accordance with the tenant's requests. However, it's important to clarify that many of these requests are of a cosmetic nature and do not impact the habitability of the property. At Strano and Associates, we are bound by our policy to seek the owner's approval for any property improvements that fall outside the realm of habitability or immediate threat.
We understand that this policy has been communicated to the tenant multiple times. Our role primarily involves facilitating work orders, estimating costs, and ensuring that necessary repairs and safety concerns are addressed promptly. We are dedicated to maintaining transparency and keeping tenants informed throughout the process.
While we acknowledge that property improvements are important to tenants, we are committed to upholding the owner's discretion in such matters. We will continue to work closely with property owners to address tenant requests for property enhancements whenever possible. However in this case we can not move forward without owner approval.
