I had 3 sofa seat cushions upholstered by Twin City Upholstery March 21, 2022, September of 2022 the material started to feel different. The last past of October of 2022 I noticed the material had started to cracked not one seat cushion but all three of them I said this can't be right so I visited Twin City Upholstery the first of November of 2022 Kent took a few picture he said he would get it touch with his supplier, I never heard anything back from him after a week so I visited Kent after two weeks Kent than said I just received a email just this morning from his supplier but Kent had not call me or anything Kent he read the email said something had been put on the material Kent also said wait, I'm not saying that I put anything on the material to make it crack WHICH I had not put anything on it. Kent than said his supplier wanted a sample of the material so they could have it analyzed to see why it cracked, Kent cut a 5 X 6 area of the material from one of the cushion to have it analyzed time went by no call or any update so I visited the shop again Kent said I haven't heard anything, this has been over two months I'm a patient person this has taken way too long I didn't needed to contacted ever week at least let me know something, now I have gone through three holidays with really bad seat cushions, all I wanted was to have the cushions redone at this time I don't want Twin City Upholstery to do I rather go some where else, we don't seem to have anyone here that's willing to do the work because I had visited two other shops they gave me the run around and only to have Twin City to do this that's not good business. I don't have anyone one over visits do to what my sofa cushions looks and feel like, please let me know what I can do or what's my next step. Please contact me if you need anymore info.
