******************,
You are not telling the full story.
The truth is that you brought the car Friday morning with a power steering system that was not working. You asked us to start working on the car immediately because you were from *********, and you needed to get back there. We started the work like you asked and you told us that you have an extended warranty and that any of the work we did would be covered by it. We informed you that you should call the warranty to establish the claim and get authorization so that we can start working on it. You did call warranty and spoke to them and gave us the authorization to start working on it to diagnose the issue. We informed you that from our experience that if the warranty didn't cover anything then you would be responsible for paying for the work. You signed the work order, authorizing us to start the work. We disassembled the power steering system, which took almost 4 hours, and we estimated the repair. I called the warranty and provided the warranty with everything they asked for. After that we were waiting for the decision whether to continue working or not. In the afternoon, you came to the shop very angry, informing us that the warranty denied the claim. You authorized us to put back the old parts and we informed you that you would have to pay for the labor, but the car will not be fixed. You agreed to this. I told you the car would be put back together around 5pm. You came after 5pm, when we were closed, demanding to take the car without paying for the labor. You were very angry and refused to pay for any of the work that was done. I told you to come back Monday morning. You came Monday morning with the police to get your car back. The police explained to you that it is the law to pay for the work that is done, just as I mentioned to you before. You were behaving very emotionally, something that we have never experienced before, and we took pity on you and gave you your car back without any payment. There were 2 police officers that witnessed this whole situation.
I hope you consider telling the full story next time when you decide to write a review for a business because what you said in this review you know was not the full truth. Have a great day.
