      We have made a number of calls and wrote emails, regarding a claim (#***********). The accident was on 12/15/2015 2 weeks ago and we have received no info on what is going on with this claim. My daughter was at a red light and struck from behind from someone unlicensed driving the policy holders car. He left the scene of the accident and returned later with the policy holder. When she was hit from behind it caused her to be pushed into another car. Her car has major damaged to the front a back. I have made a number of calls to Kemper, I have called the adjuster and supervisor and all i've gotten is voicemails and no call backs!! It is the responsibility of the policy holders insurance to get this matter taken care of, but all they are doing is ignoring us.

      I have not been able to reach anyone at Kemper Insurance about a car accident my Aunt was involved in 10/4/21. She has been without a vehicle since the accident occurred and I have not gotten any call backs or updates from Kemper. I was told about 6 weeks ago, they were waiting on the police report and nothing since then, Claim number is *********** and the adjuster assigned is ***********************. I'm pretty sure insurance companies are regulated, so I'm not sure why they feel they can take months without following up on peoples claims

      ACCIDENT DEC 7, CLAIM ********** WE ARE IN RECEIPT OF KEMPER LETTER DATED DEC. 8, AND POSTMARKED DEC 10, IT WAS DELIVERED DEC. 16.ORIGINALLY **** TOLD US THE ***** WAS TO BE REPAIRED IN A ***** CALL ON FRIDAY, DEC. 10 AT 11 AM AND THAT HE WAS LEAVING TOWN AND TO EMAIL JOVIDYS SO SHE WOULD KNOW WHERE TO MAIL THE CHECK FOR APPROX. $8K TOO. ON THE SAME DAY DEC 10 AT 5:39 **** CALLED ************ TO TELL HIM THE ***** WAS NOW TOTALED AND THEY DISCUSSED ********* THIS WAS AFTER I CONTACTED THE VETERANS COLLISION A THIRD ***** CALL IN THE MORNING FROM **** ABOUT VETERANS COLLISION DOING FAKE STORAGE. FOUR DAYS INTO THE SITUATION, THE ADJUSTER WAS JUST LOOKING INTO THE DAMAGES. (MY NOTES)I CALLED VETERANS COLLISION AND ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON THE REPAIRS AFTER I RECEIVED ***** ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS IN AN EMAIL. VETERANS COLLISION SAID THAT THE KEMPER ADJUSTER **** HAD BEEN OUT EARLIER AND THAT THE *** WAS TOTALED, WHICH MEANS HE KNEW THAT FROM THE BEGINNING. ON TUESDAY DEC 14, ONE WEEK AFTER THE ACCIDENT, INSURANCE AUTO ACTION CALLED AND ADVISED ************ TO GO TO VETERAN'S COLLISION CENTER AND SIGN A RELEASE FORM REGARDING THE *****. ************ WENT AND SIGNED THE RELEASE THAT DAY WITHIN AN HOUR OF THE ***** CALL. THE ***** WAS PICKED UP ON THE 15TH THE NEXT DAY. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH AUTO ACTION AND THE CHARGES WERE REASONABLE. WE HAVE ANSWERED AND RESPONDED TO ALL OF KEMPERS REQUESTS IN AN EXPEDIENT FASHION. WE HAVE NOT RENTED A ***, THERE ARE NONE TO RENT IN OUR AREA. IT TAKES 10 WORKING DAYS TO RECEIVE A COPY. KEMPER INSURED PERSON, *********************, T-BONED MY HUSBAND, SHE CAN GIVE THEM DETAILS. I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THREE ACCIDENTS OVER 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD TO SUBMIT PAPERWORK.WITHOUT A *** WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GET A POLICE REPORT. ******************* LENT

      I've been trying to contact Kemper auto to cancel my insurance with them but every phone number does not work. this has been going on since October and they continue to send me bills when I have already switched to another insurance provider.
