The owner ***** is rude and has not one professional bone in his body. I had taken multiple bikes to this location and not once has he acted like he appreciates the business. He never explains anything and is absolutely dismissive. I only kept going back because of convince of location to my house. The final straw was me taking a bike in and getting a tire replacement. After the work was complete I started hearing a rubbing sound on tire he replaced. I called to get some information on what he could do and immediately ask me to pay for a diagnostic, which I don't feel I should pay since it was obvious his labor was what created the rubbing. When I went in to have him look at bike he then mentioned the chain was tight, which he had to work with to replace tire. So he basically created a story to get out of being responsible for his faulty workmanship. I got a second opinion and they said same thing chain was too tight and it could've cause a bad accident. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO THIS PLACE. Bad service bad workmanship. And they will 100% say they are not responsible for work they did which was extremely bad. Not professional at all. Its getting one star because without star i cant post. Total waste of time and money. Never go here they don't care about anything besides taking your money and could care less about safety of the rider. Dissatisfied extremely.
