The studios recently changed their policy so that clients who aren't on a reformer within 4 min of the class start time are not allowed in the class.. One day I was struggling to parallel park in a very small spot directly in front of ***************. I ran in the studio, and a new front desk attendant told me I couldn't go to my class because even though it was before 5 min, she didn't think I would be working on the reformer before the 5 min ran out. I immediately left and wrote a formal complaint on the Club Pilates corporate website hoping to engage with someone at the corporate level who is making policy decisions. Within a few minutes, I received a phone call from the new front desk attendant harassing me about my email complaint. Apparently she somehow accessed the email & read it and was offended I wrote a complaint about it.. A few days later, I find out that the new front desk attendant lied and said I cussed her out and was disrespectful to her, even though the only words out of my mouth to her were "it's not past the 5 min ******* I then get a series of emails from CP management accusing me of disrespecting their staff and not directing the email complaint to the studio manager (who I knew had nothing to do with the policy). I proceeded to defend myself & repeatedly tell them what happened & they continued to accuse me of disrespecting the attendant & being "negative". At no point have I met or spoken to my accusers as this is all via email. Now I just received an email that my CP membership is being revoked over this.. So I would advise against participating in CP-******* as the franchise is mismanaged & unethical. They will harass you & make up fake accusations to kick you out if you write in a complaint. It's also very disrespectful to their clients to not let them participate in classes they took the time to get ready & pay for because they are a few min late.
