I recently used Interprenets services for an interpreter to assist my client in a USCIS asylum interview. My client also noted that the interpreter frequently paused, causing interruptions and confusion for both my client and the interviewing officer.On occasion, the interpreter interrupted my client to provide his OWN interpretation of the officers questions. But it actually diverged from my clients actual words.Afterward, I contacted Interprenet to address these concerns. Despite repeated follow-ups, radio silence followed. Then the company provided only a brief response, stating they were conducting an internal review.The lack of preparation and quality in this service was highly distressing for my client. For anyone considering Interprenet for crucial interpreter services, I recommend carefully evaluating alternative options.
